The berries that you use can be any kind such as strawberries, blueberries or blackberries, frozen or fresh. If they are fresh, be sure to wash them thoroughly.
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of unsweetened soy or almond milk 1 cup of berries (frozen or fresh)
5 raw almonds
1 Tbsp of ground flax seeds
1 Tbsp of ground chia seeds
1 tsp of cinnamon
